Imaginables stuffed animals are gentle creatures, and the mail trucks can be bumpy rides. Before they leave our care, Imaginables plushies are carefully packaged to protect them as much as possible (we're still working on mini-helmets).


If a plushie arrives damaged, count on us to come to the rescue. Depending on what we see, our team will make a decision whether to a) complete a repair b) replace your plushie, or c) issue you a refund. Send our team a picture of the damage and your order number to imaginables@crayola.com
